          ⑶ Acts that damage the reputation of ZEPETO or cause harm to
           Naver Z

• Feed exposure recommendations will be reviewed based on content quality and compliance with community guidelines.
  (e.g., simple live replays are not eligible for feed exposure.)
• Please refrain from repeatedly uploading identical or similar content from previous broadcasts.
• Please avoid content such as long periods of silence or sleep streams.
• This program provides benefits intended for use within ZEPETO only.
• Using the benefits to guide viewers to other platforms (e.g., other streaming platforms), promote external streams, induce user migration, or share links is strictly prohibited.
• Streaming on platforms outside of ZEPETO may result in the removal of your badge.
  (However, content that utilizes ZEPETO avatars or contributes to the promotion and brand awareness of ZEPETO Live may be considered an exception.)
• For Pre-ACE, ACE, and ICON streamers, if there is no response via Discord within 5 days after the notice or if the pinning package is not reserved, the selection for the tier may be canceled.
• Pinning broadcasts provided through the Streamer Growth Program must be properly scheduled and streamed within the notified period. If not reserved within the designated period, there may be restrictions on the reservation.
• If a broadcast reserved via the pinning package is not carried out without prior notice, it may result in disadvantages in future tier selections and broadcast benefits.
• Especially if such no-shows accumulate to a total of 3 times, you may be excluded from the selection for the next cohort. Please make sure to check your schedule in advance and carry out your reserved broadcasts sincerely.
• Pinned broadcasts provided through the streamer growth program must be reserved and broadcasted within the pre-announced period. Reservations may be restricted if not made within the specified period.
• If a broadcast reserved via the Pinned Package is not conducted without prior notice, disadvantages may occur in the subsequent badge conferral and provision of broadcast benefits. Specifically, if 3 "no-shows" accumulate, badge conferral may be canceled.
• If there is no Discord reply or Pinned Package reservation made within 5 days of notification for Pre-ACE, ACE, or ICON tiers, badge conferral may be canceled.
• If a Pre-ACE, ACE, or ICON tier streamer does not broadcast for one week without prior notice, one warning will be issued. Upon accumulation of 2 warnings, the streamer's tier may be adjusted downwards, or badge conferral may be canceled.
• Basic communication (simple greetings and responses) in the corresponding language must be possible during global streaming.
• If basic communication is difficult during global streaming, a real-time translator must be visibly applied to the broadcast screen. Recommended real-time translators are listed below.

- A confidentiality obligation applies not only to contract details but also to any non-public information about ZEPETO shared during the course of the program (operational policies, data, upcoming plans, etc.).

- The crew leader is responsible for overseeing their crew members' activities and compliance with policies. Repeated guideline violations by crew members may affect the crew's eligibility for the program.

- Program details (benefits, conditions, etc.) are subject to change or addition based on internal circumstances.

- Benefits may be immediately suspended or the agreement terminated in the following cases:

(1) Violation of ZEPETO Community Guidelines

(2) Causing disputes within or outside the crew

(3) Damaging ZEPETO's reputation or causing harm to NAVER Z

(4) Failure to fulfill contractual obligations

- The benefits of this program are privileges granted for activity within ZEPETO. Using these benefits to drive viewership to platforms outside ZEPETO (e.g., other streaming platforms), to promote streams on external platforms, to encourage user migration, or to share external links is prohibited.
